PROJECT ONE / YOU CAN BE PUBLISHED IN OUR 2011 POETRY BOOK
2011 will usher in several new projects and I will describe the top two projects below:
Our second poem book will be a nine to ten month project as we want to help writers and poets have a platform for their short stories and poems. I have been asked to do a second poetry book in 2011 that will allow other writers to submit their short story or poem at no cost to them and allow them to become published authors. Additionally, I will attempt to have this same book submitted to the Library of Congress.
In 2010, we published POEMS OF A HEART HELD CAPTIVE and part of it was the publishing of a few friend's poems and listing the authors BIO! You can use the link to purchase the book and if you do, please enter discount code E89N2XEE for a $2.00 discount off the List Price of $11.95, for your cost of $9.95 plus shipping and handling. You can thus judge for yourself that value that my contributors recieved as they got their poem (s) published plus they had individual Bios with pictures and lastly, many were credited on the books cover as contributing authors. Thier only cost was the purchase of a book and I will be granting an authors discount on the 2011 Edition that should keep their individual cost around $9 or less.
I have seen many offers of a Poetry Book that will take your poem and combine other authors to generate a book; then, you can purchase a book for yourself that usually costs approximately $40 to 65 dollars. I will not pay for any story or poem but I will publish the book at my expense and give all the contributing authors a large discount off the regular published price; approximately cost for you to purchase one or more books will be about $9.00 dollars plus tax and shipping, possibly less, depending on the number of submissions and a few other costs.
You will own the rights to your story or poem as you created it; you agree to allow me to publish your story or poem in my new book. In addition, you will need to send me your BIO for use in the book.
One aspect of our poetry book is the feature THE REST OF THE STORY; the writer decserver the "why" he or she wrote the poem to give the reader special insight as to the motivation behind the specific poem. This allows our book to give the readers a rare glimpse into the motivation of our poets.
